How it works:

Place your order onlineand select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout.

We’ll prepare your order – Our team will gather your items during store hours.

Get notified – You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pick up your order – Stop by during our regular store hours to pick up your purchase.

Pickup options:

In-store: Come inside and pick up your order at the counter.

Contactless pickup: Prefer to stay in your vehicle? No problem! Call us at 519-451-7279 when you arrive, and we’ll bring your order out to you.

🚚 Local (London, ON) Delivery Policy – Southwest Pet

We’re happy to offer fast, local delivery right to your door!

How to Order:
You can place your order online or call us directly at 519-451-7279 to order by phone.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (Noon) will be delivered the same day

Delivery Fees:

$6.95 Delivery Fee for local orders

FREE Local Delivery on orders over $49.00

Payment Methods:

Credit Card (for online)

Cash, Debit or Credit Card (available for call-in orders upon delivery)
