Temperament: Generally docile, easy to handle, and great for beginners.
Enclosure Size: 18x18x36 for an adult; vertical space is most important since they are arboreal.

Temperature: 72–78°F (22–25°C) during the day; avoid going over 82°F (28°C).
Night temps: Can safely drop into the mid-60s°F (18–19°C).
Lighting: UVB is optional but beneficial; provide a natural day/night cycle.
Substrate: Coconut fibre, soil mix, paper towels, or bioactive setups work well. Keep humidity in mind when choosing a substrate.
Humidity: between 50–70%. Mist enclosure daily to maintain levels and provide water droplets for drinking.
Staple diet: Commercial crested gecko powder diets (mixed with water), feeder insects (crickets, dubia roaches).
Water: Shallow water dish and daily misting. Many geckos prefer licking water droplets.
