Do you offer local delivery or shipping?

Local Delivery: Yes — orders placed by12:00 PM (noon) are delivered same-day Monday to Saturday within London.

Delivery Fees: $6.95,FREE local delivery on orders over $49.

Do you have food for sensitive stomachs or allergies?
Yes! We stock limited-ingredient recipes and specialty formulas designed to support dogs with food sensitivities, skin issues, or digestive troubles. 

How do I switch my dog to a new food?
Transition over 7–10 days, mixing increasing amounts of the new food with the old to reduce upset. Ask our team for a personalized transition plan. 

What toys and gear do you carry for dogs?
From durable chew toys to no-pull harnesses, training tools, and enrichment gear, we offer a wide range of dog supplies tailored to puppies, adults, and seniors. 

Cat FAQs 

What cat food options do you have?
We carry a full selection of quality cat foods — dry, wet, raw, and high-protein blends — including options that support urinary health and digestion. 

What cat litter do you recommend?
We offer clumping, low-dust, natural, and strong odor-control cat litters — our team can help you choose based on your cat’s needs and your home preferences.

My cat is stressed or scratching. What can help?
We carry scratching pads, pheromone products, calming supplements, and enrichment toys to help reduce stress and unwanted behaviour. 

Reptile FAQs 

What supplies do I need for reptile care?
Reptiles need the correct enclosure size, UVB lighting, heat sources, appropriate substrate, and supplements. We carry all essential reptile supplies and can help you set up a healthy habitat. 

Do you sell feeder insects and reptile food?
Yes — we offer live feeder insects and reptile diets, and our staff can advise on feeding schedules and nutritional needs for your reptile species. 

Can I bring photos of my reptile setup for advice?
Absolutely. Bring photos or details of your current setup, and our reptile experts will help optimize your temperature, lighting, and habitat conditions.

How many Crickets should I feed to my Baby Bearded Dragon?
At this age, they usually eat about 20–40 small crickets per day, split into 2–3 feedings. Offer as many as he’ll eat in about 10–15 minutes each time, and make sure the crickets are no bigger than the space between his eyes.

Fish FAQs

What do I need to get started with a fish tank?
To get started, you’ll need an appropriately sized aquarium, filter, heater (for tropical fish), water conditioner, substrate, décor, and fish food. Our staff can help you choose the right setup based on the type of fish you want to keep. 

How long should I wait before adding fish to a new tank?
A new aquarium needs time to cycle properly. We recommend waiting at least a week after setup and using a water conditioner & bio enhancer. For best long-term health, we recommend learning about fishless cycling — our team can explain the safest options.

Do you test aquarium water?
Yes! Bring in a water sample and we can help test for common water parameters and recommend solutions to improve water quality.

What fish food do you recommend?
We carry a variety of high-quality fish foods including flakes, pellets, frozen, and specialty diets. We’ll help match the food to your fish species and tank setup. 

Small Animal FAQs 

What do I need to get started with a hamster, guinea pig, or rabbit?
Small animals need a properly sized enclosure, safe bedding, species-appropriate food, hay (for rabbits and guinea pigs), chew toys, and enrichment. Our staff can help you choose the right setup for your pet. 

What bedding is safest for small animals?
Paper-based and natural fiber beddings are generally the safest. We help customers avoid harmful options and choose bedding that supports comfort and respiratory health.

What food should I feed my small pet?
Diet varies by species. We carry balanced nutrition, supplements, and hay options, and can help ensure your pet gets the right nutrition for long-term health. 

How often should I clean my small animal’s enclosure?
Spot cleaning should be done several times per week, with full cleanings typically once a week. We can recommend cleaning schedules and products that are safe for your pet.

What should I feed my bird?

How do I keep my bird mentally stimulated?
