Curb Side Pick up - Pay upon Arrival
The options below are pay upon arrival. Cash, Debit, and Credit are accepted.

To pick up your curbside order: When you arrive simply call the store at 519-451-7279. One of our team members will bring the order out to you and collect payment (Debit/Credit or Cash). Contactless is available with Debit/Credit. We can load your items into your vehicle, or if you prefer, we can leave them beside your vehicle for you to safely collect.
Please note:
- Your order is not yet paid for. You can use Debit, Credit, or Cash at the time of pick-up.
- We will hold your order for five (5) days only: after that time we will cancel your order and return the product to store shelves.
- Livestock and frozen foods are picked up when you arrive. Please allow extra time for this.
- Please show this email at the time of pick-up
- If you are having someone other than yourself pick up the order make sure they have a copy of this order, either a paper copy or forward this email to them.
Local Delivery Charges

Delivery is Monday through Friday
$6.95 Delivery Fee or Free Local Delivery over $49.00
Orders placed by Noon will be delivered that day.

Southwest Pet currently ships with Canada Post. 
Orders are shipped out between 1 and 2 business days. Shipments can take 4 to 8 business days to arrive after it has been sent out. Delivery may be delayed due to acts beyond our reasonable control, which may include but are not limited to, weather, strikes, power outages, shutdowns, local, provincial, or federal governmental actions, and other similar acts.
